Expanded Agricultural Use Label for Maxforce® Fly Spot Bait
Expanded PMRA approval supports effective fly management in livestock facilities
Guelph, Ontario, January 16, 2026 — Envu Canada is pleased to announce that the PMRA has approved an expanded Agriculture Use label for Maxforce® Fly Spot Bait insecticide, significantly broadening its approved use across livestock housing environments. Under the updated label, Maxforce® Fly Spot Bait may now be used in agricultural livestock production facilities, including poultry houses, cattle, dairy and swine barns, feedlots, sheep and goat facilities, horse stables, dog kennels, and other animal confinement, holding, and rearing areas. The expanded use also includes surrounding areas of animal facilities where flies tend to aggregate, such as storage rooms, dumpsters, and trash collection areas.
The registration allows for spot treatments and paint-on applications, providing applicators with flexible, targeted options for managing housefly populations in agricultural settings.
