Rejuvra
Rejuvra
Product Overview
Rejuvra® is a pre-emergence herbicide that delivers long-lasting control of invasive annual grasses and selected broadleaf weeds — including downy brome, medusahead, ventenata, and red brome. By targeting invasive grasses in the soil seedbank, Rejuvra helps protect forage potential and improve rangeland productivity over the long term.
Applied prior to germination, Rejuvra (indaziflam) prevents invasive annual grasses from establishing roots, reducing competition for moisture, nutrients, and space needed by desirable forage species. With consistent control for up to four years from a single application, Rejuvra gives perennial forage the time it needs to recover — resulting in stronger forage stands, improved grazing capacity, and more consistent cattle performance.
Key Features
- Long-term invasive grass control: Delivers up to five years of control, depending on weather, grazing pressure, and site conditions
- Improves forage stand quality: Reduces competition from invasive annual grasses, allowing perennial forage species to persist and perform
- Supports improved cattle gains: Better forage availability and quality contribute to improved grazing outcomes
- Non-volatile with good photostability: Remains at the application site and offers flexibility in timing relative to rainfall needed for activation
- Resistance management tool: Effective option for managing herbicide-resistant weed populations
- Reduced labour and input costs: Multi-year control means fewer applications over time
- Flexible tank-mixing: Compatible with both pre- and post-emergence herbicides
- No grazing restrictions: When applied at 375mL/Ha
Application Rates
Application rate: 375 mL/ha Recommended spray volume: 200–939 L/ha Application guidance:
- Uniform soil coverage is essential for consistent, long-term control
- Apply prior to germination of target annual grasses for maximum first-year performance
- Rejuvra is strictly pre-emergent; untreated gaps may allow escapes
- For emerged weeds, include a tank-mix partner with post-emergence activity
Restrictions:
- Do not harvest Crop Group 17 grass hay within 40 days of application
- Apply once per season only
