2024 Stressgard® Advantage Club Program

Qualifying golf courses in Canada, as determined by 2022 Environmental Science CA Inc. (“Envu”), may be eligible for preferred pricing based on 2023 total net purchases of Envu’s eligible products (as defined below): Exteris^® Stressgard^®, Mirage ^® Stressgard^®, Tetrino^®, Signature^® XTRA Stressgard^®, Banol^®, Suspend PolyZone^® and Dedicate™ Stressgard^® (collectively, “Total Purchases of Eligible Products”).

THE PROGRAM OFFER

Upon meeting all the terms and conditions of this program, qualifying golf courses will receive the following preferred pricing in 2024 on 2024 Product Offerings.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Eligible participants in the program must purchase eligible products from approved agents and distributors appointed by Envu
• All purchases must be made during the promotional period
• No returns shall be accepted on purchases of eligible products following the completion of program
• The program is based on product availability
• This program is in addition to any other Envu programs that are offered throughout the program period
• Envu’s interpretation of the program is final
• Envu reserves the right to amend, revoke or terminate this program at its sole discretion; Envu will honor all rewards earned prior to the same
