2024 Stressgard® Spring Savings Program Western Canada

ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:
All approved 2022 Environmental Science CA Inc. (“Envu”) agents, as appointed by Envu, to supply eligible products (as described below) during the promotional period (as described below).

PROGRAM:
Upon meeting all the terms and conditions of this program, total net purchases by qualifying golf courses and sod farms in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia of eligible products from approved agents during the promotional period are eligible to receive an off-invoice rebate (as set forth below) in accordance with this program. The off-invoice rebate will be provided to the golf course or sod farm by the approved and appointed agent and reimbursed to the agent by Envu in accordance with the time frame listed in the rebate reimbursement section.

 

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:
Envu’s Signature^TM XTRA Stressgard^® (4x2.5kg), Mirage^TM Stressgard^® (2x5L), Dedicate^TM Stressgard^® (2x5L) and Tetrino^TM (4x2L)

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
April 1, 2024, through June 7, 2024

PROGRAM CONDITIONS:

• Envu approved agents must supply Envu with hard copy invoices of eligible product purchases made by golf courses and sod farms by the dates as indicated below to be eligible for reimbursement under this program
• To be eligible, eligible participants in the program must purchase eligible products, namely: Envu’s Signature XTRA Stressgard, Mirage Stressgard, Dedicate Stressgard and Tetrino , from approved agents appointed by Envu during the promotional period
• All sales are final. No returns shall be accepted for purchases of eligible products during this program

Each purchase of eligible product(s) will conclusively determine the program rebate available for that purchase. Eligible products purchased at various or different intervals during the promotional period may not be combined in any manner whatsoever for the purposes of seeking higher rebates or other benefits available under the program.

PROGRAM TERMS

• The program is subject to product availability
• The program begins April 1, 2024, and ends June 7, 2024
• Envu’s interpretation of the program is final

REBATE REIMBURSEMENT
Eligible Program invoices will be administered by Envu (if duly and satisfactorily received by Envu by the dates noted below) in the following manner:

• Invoices received June 7, 2024, through July 15, 2024 – reimbursement will be issued by September 5, 2024
• Invoices received July 16, 2024, through September 5, 2024 – reimbursement will be issued by December 15, 2024
• All invoices submitted for reimbursement must clearly reflect and include the statement: 2024 Stressgard Spring Savings Program
